Scott Fulmer is a licensed Texas private investigator and the owner of Fulmer PI. He is also the author of the critically acclaimed true crime memoir Confessions of a Private Eye. He has a bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has been a private investigator for 30 years.
